We do not require any MOQ for standard order fulfillment. You can synchronize your store and ship 1 order per day. However, for custom printed boxes or custom poly mailers, packaging suppliers require an MOQ (typically 500-1000 pieces), which we store for you and use on-demand.
Our standard shipping lines (YunExpress / VIP lines) take 5-12 business days to major destinations like the USA, UK, Germany, and Australia. We also provide economy packets that take 12-25 business days at a lower cost.
No setup fees, subscription fees, or monthly storage fees for active inventory. We offer up to 60 days of complimentary warehousing storage for your products. Storage fees only apply if inventory remains inactive or unsold for an extended period (over 60 days) to prevent dead stock accumulation. Sourcing is also 100% free; you only pay for the product cost and the shipping fees when your customer orders.
Since we inspect 100% of products at our warehouse before packaging, defect rates are extremely low (<0.2%). If an item is damaged during shipping or is defective, we provide a full refund or free reshipment upon receiving photos or video proof.
